She and her friends never actually visit this world due to time constraints and well, there's little meaning to make a visit at the time. Coloring only in 1-2 layers is pretty fun for pictures like this~ Jikan's from my KH story called Lament of Hearts. EDIT: Colors more adjusted and the background's more aligned. ^^' |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. 鋼練是王道~
Color choices depends on scenario/area of the image~ For this image, I think I subconsciously used more of my traditional style color choosing methods which might help explain why there's so many different colors making the picture work in its own way. It also helps that I decided to color the character composition in one layer and the background in another for a total of two layers dedicated for coloring~
Oh, and I use openCanvas 4.
I'd loove to use SAI and see if I can get a similar feel, but my trial expired before I could finish my sample rofl ;;.
Anyway.. I hope this helps~ =]
The period of silence for her character is worth it though.. now I appreciate her more now that she has a better established meaning, I think.
She looks cute when she's all cheery~
