This is Cocona from the Ar tonelico series~ I was commissioned to draw Cocona of Ar tonelico 3's continuity, singing and adorn her in a holy maiden outfit.

Cocona is a IPD reyvateil so the lyrics in the background is in the New Testament of Pastalie hymmos dialect. Hymmnos in general is a constructed language found in the world of Ar Ciel. But, the language (in particular, in song) can only be used in its full power by reyvateils. By the way, the lyrics aren't made up~ I was asked to use an extract of METHOD_IMPLANTA./ due to the feelings felt in the song's story. Cocona does have a few hymns of her own though.

l-lool only Cocona was commissioned so the background was of my own volition haha. Because of it.. the commission took a lot longer than I had imagined. I hope the effects doesn't look too gaudy orz. Maybe I'll improve it later.. maybe.

Cocona does have another (albeit her very first) hymm in her Hymmnos musical CD. Otherwise.. I agree that more hymmns would have been nice. :'D
