Follow the Beckoning Guide

I don't have much to say, but the character is the same as the one featured in this older piece. She isn't actively beckoning them, but they follow her so she can lead them to appropriate doors/gates/paths. Her umbrella protects her head/upper body, I guess, since her hair sways the opposite direction lool. If I ever get around to writing out her story, that umbrella would be one of her "partners" or one of the spirits who decided to possess an object to avoid going to their own door.. or something. Or it could be a sealed spirit.. who knows.

<sub>This started off as a doodle from late last year, I think. However, I started inking it overtime and just finished it recently. I didn't really make many careful considerations when drawing/inking so I had to edit or add a few minor details. I pretty much can't fix the direction of her hair, but that's why the umbrella is there for, I suppose. And for other details.. uhh.. I didn't pay special attention nor looked up any references so it's (as usual when this circumstance comes about) a conglomeration of stuff I remembered, liked, etc. And that should help explain why the umbrella isn't really drawn well lol.

.. I still kind of like it though. I regret drawing it on a half-sheet size piece of sketchbook paper. Those papers has a tendency to smudge so I had to constantly put a piece of paper to act as a pencil board between pages.

Digitally, I only added the gradient, tones, and text. The majority of the piece was drawn on a half sheet of sketchbook paper.</sub>
